Never thought I’d agree to design a WordPress website… but here we are. 😅

A friend at the gym asked me to redesign his website, which is also hosting his online membership, couple dozen online courses, and over 100+ blog posts.

After some discussion, we decided it was too much work to move all this content over to Squarespace or another platform… so I braced myself for a WordPress website job 😬 but still interested to see how it would go.

I know from past experience that Elementor is the standard builder for WordPress, and they offer a huge range of customization options so I was eager to get inside and play around.

However… there’s a good reason why I normally refuse to touch WordPress websites.

IT TAKES SO MUCH TIME! ⏰😫

Normally, I can complete a full website in 4 weeks from start to finish.

This website … took twice that amount of time.

By far the longest, toughest design project that I’ve attempted up ‘til now.

I’m happy to say it’s finally done and you can see the new website now (click on the image), but I’m probably never doing another WordPress project again. 😂 #lessonlearned
